How long does the mattress trial period last?
We offer a 100-night trial on all our mattresses. If you don't love your eve mattress within that time, we will collect it for free and give you a full refund.
What is the expected delivery time for my order?
Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 working days. Our two-man delivery service for larger items will contact you to schedule a convenient time slot.
Do I need to flip my eve mattress?
No, our mattresses are designed with specific layers that should always stay the right way up. However, we recommend rotating it 180 degrees every 30 days for the first six months.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
All eve mattresses come with a 10-year warranty that covers physical defects and structural changes, ensuring your investment is protected for a decade.
Can I use my eve mattress on any bed base?
Yes, our mattresses are compatible with most bed bases, including divans, slatted frames, and platform beds. Just ensure the slats are no more than 75mm apart.
How do I clean my mattress cover?
The top cover of your eve mattress is removable and machine washable at 40°C. Simply unzip it and pop it in the wash to keep your sleep surface fresh.
